He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Meade and Molly Meade (Roman). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Meade (Kulig); his children, Daniel Meade of Halfmoon, NY, Stephanie Mascia (Jim) of Boston, MA and Kathryn Vooris (David) of West Springfield; his brother Thomas Meade (Marie) of Charlestown, RI; and his granddaughters, Molly Meade and Sienna Mascia.
