He is survived by: his parents, Donald L. Beaulieu, Sr. and Carol A. Beaulieu (Mayer); his siblings, David J. Beaulieu of Agawam, Charmaine M. Gazda (Bob Clark) of Chicopee and Michelle A. Wojtowicz (Michael) of Ludlow; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Crawley (Devin), Olivia Wojtowicz and Jack Wojtowicz. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family.
