He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Caplette and Elizabeth "Besse" Caplette (Stanley); and his siblings, June Moynihan and Richard "Richie" Caplette. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Alesia Zorn (Quin) of Portland, OR, Dawna Caplette (Richard Golosh), Leo Caplette (Joanna) of Ormond Beach, FL and Steven Caplette (Mary) of West Springfield; his siblings, Gail Smith, Robert "Bobby" of Wilbraham and Raymond "Rocky" of Agawam; his granddaughter Alexsis; his friends, Sue Dingeman and Donna Joyal; and his pet Arthur.
