She is survived by: her sister Debra Ann Ossolinski of Holyoke; her cousins, David Skiba (Roberta) of Enfield, CT, Maureen Schorr (Marc) of Suffield, CT, Edward Polchlopek, Jane Lewandowski of Chicopee, Christine Kulig (Stanley) of Chicopee and Sandi Gilbert (Bruce); and her friend Patricia L. Izatt of Southampton.
