He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Francis and Mary Francis (Miller); his wife Rosalie L. Francis (Moineau); and his son Michael Francis. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Francis (Sarah) of West Springfield and Jeff Francis (Erin) of Springfield; his siblings, John Francis of Rittman, OH, Ray Francis of Rittman, OH and Dicie Hatten; and his grandchildren, Ashlee Francis and Camden Francis.
