She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Provost; her children, Beth R. Hernandez (Alex) of Chicopee, Billy J. Provost (Melissa) of Chicopee and John J. Provost (Katie) of Chicopee; her grandchildren, A. J. Hernandez, Chris Hernandez (Rose), Andrew Hernandez (Alani), Kayla Provost, Ryan Provost, Abram Provost and Maevyn Provost; her great grandchildren, Noah and Isaiah Hernandez; her siblings, Diane Whitacre of Chicopee, Susan Beaumier of Chicopee, Elaine Kotfila (Robert) of Easthampton, George LaBonte of Florida and Robert LaBonte (Cheryl) of Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Sullivan (Thomas) of Chicopee, Roland Provost of Chicopee, Larry Provost (Adele) of Chicopee and Douglas Provost (Christine) of Chicopee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
A reception was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the LifePoint Church (603 New Ludlow Rd, Chicopee, MA 01020). A prayer was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the LifePoint Church Children's Ministry, 603 New Ludlow Road, Chicopee, MA 01020 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
