Denis Chabot Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denis Chabot of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 9, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philippe Chabot and Yvonne Chabot (Larochelle); his brothers, Jean-Paul Chabot (Dorothy), Rene Chabot and Roger Chabot; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Couture and Andre Carrier.
He is survived by: his wife Frances R. Chabot (Fournier); his sisters, Raymonde Couture of West Springfield, Jeannine Carrier of Agawam, Lorraine Samson (Gerard) of St. Charles, P. Q. and Eloise Anderson (Edwin) of Agawam; his mother-in-law Anita Gondek of Chicopee; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Chabot of Westfield, Odette Greenberg (Joseph) of West Springfield and Joanne Letendre of Longmeadow. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members, and many good friends.
His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 4 p. m. to 6 p. m., (please note that masks are required, social distancing must be observed at the funeral home, church and cemetery, attendance is limited due to state regulations).
His family has requested that memorial donations be made in his memory to Saint Joan of Arc School, 587 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
