He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas O'Brien. He is survived by: his parent Josephine O'Brien (Koziol); his grandmother Agnes Koziol; his wife Kathleen Snow O'Brien (Mason); his stepchildren, Joseph M. Dunn (Andria), Dunn Biffinger of Billerica and Lisa M. Biffinger (Jarrad); his stepgrandchildren, Caitlyn E. Biffinger of East Longmeadow and Matthew J. Dunn of Billerica; his brother Elliot O'Brien; his nephews, Noah O'Brien (Dawn) and Nicholas O'Brien; and his niece Caelan O'Brien.
