He is survived by: his significant other Roxanne Cramer of Chicopee, MA; his daughters, Amanda Blake of Chicopee and Suzanne; his son-in-law Tieuleor Theroux; his son Dave Blake II of Chicopee, MA.; his grandsons, Tieuleor and Jett Theroux; and his brothers, Dennis Peck and Dean Blake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A committal service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Precious Blood Cemetery. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the same location.
