She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Moisan and Marie Jane Moisan (Paulhus); her son Joshua Hart; her sister Patricia Slosek; and her great grandchild Annette.
She is survived by: her daughter Faith Hart-Breton (Christopher) of Chicopee; her siblings, Kevin Moisan (Grace) of Chicopee, Brian Moisan of Chicopee, Marie Pires (Mark) of Chester and Denise Harrison (John) of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Brandon Hart, Kaitlynn Hart, Mickenzy Breton (Nicole) and Corbin Breton; and her great grandchildren, Elijah and Elise. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
