He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen T. Lukasik (Carney). He is survived by: his father Robert J. Lukasik Sr. of Chicopee; his wife Deeana A. Lukasik (Garcia) of Chicopee; and his brother Robert J. Lukasik Jr.. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
