He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Amazeen and Stella Amazeen (Wlodyka); and his brother William Wlodyka. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Amazeen of Chicopee; his daughter Laura Amazeen-LaPlante (Josh LaPlante) of Chicopee; his grandchild Inara LaPlante; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Landry of Easthampton and Bob Landry (John Bovat) of Durham, NH..
