He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Gutierrez; and his sister Paquita. He is survived by: his children, Sandy, Cristobal Jr. (Annette), Ivonne, Iris, Yolanda (Mel) and Maggie; his siblings, Domingo and Petra; his grandchildren, Jose, Ricky, Tony, Noel, Lorenzo, Lynette (Kyle) and Adam (Rocio); and his great grandchildren, Antonio, Adam Jr., Zachary, Abigail and Jaynessa.
