Claire Owsiak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire Owsiak of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar St and Adeline St (Sansouci); her sisters, Anita Ryals and Jeannette Loomis; and her husband Stanley.
She is survived by: her caregiver Linda; her son Donald Owsiak (Sharon) of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Donald Jr. Owsiak (Kim), Christopher Owsiak and Kimberly Beland (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Chloe, Nathaniel Beland, Taylor and Paige Owsiak; her niece Jean Kieltyka (Sisters); and her nephews, Robert Ryals (Sarah) and William Ryals (Kathy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brunelle Funeral Home (811 Chicopee St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Rose de Lima Parish (600 Grattan St, Chicopee, MA 01020).
