She was predeceased by: her father Walter Perreault; her husband Archie T. Collins; and her siblings, Norman Perreault, Walter Perreault, Jr. and Doris Hetu.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Machietto of Agawam, Robert Collins of South Hadley, David Collins of Easthampton and Timothy Collins of Westfield; her brother Robert Perreault; and her sisters-in-law, Lorraine Perreault and Gloria Perreault. She is also survived by her grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
