She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred H. and Margaret A.; her husband Leonard R. Gates; her children, Wayne Gates and Geraldine Gates; and her siblings, Arthur Kaeble, Bernice, Geraldine and Gertrude.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart Gates of Ipswich, MA, Donna Foley of Ipswich, Mary Ann Crossman of Chicopee, Sandra Aldrich (Bruce) of Amherst and Lori Gates of Chicopee. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
