She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Sampson and Betty Lou Sampson (Longstreth). She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Jacques, Jr. (Brenda) of Chicopee and Jennifer J. McElroy (Kenneth) of Westfield; her granddaughters, Anna, Ella Jacques, Evie and Aniela McElroy; and her sister Bonnie Collins of Chicopee. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
