She was predeceased by: her parents, Hercule Geoffroy and Lucia Geoffroy (Babineau); her husband Edward N. Benard; her daughter-in-law Juliette M. "Julie" Benard (Sylvain); and her siblings, Armand, Joseph, Raymond, Albert, Edmond Benard, Lillian Messier and Lena Connor.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard E. Benard of Agawam, Ronald J. Benard (Dale) of Chicopee and Roger N. Benard (Gail Lagoditz) of Westfield; her grandchildren, Richard Benard (Nicole), Neil Benard (Crystal), Aaron Benard (Shaina), Katie Benard, Allison Benard, Jeffrey Benard (Sarah), Daniel Benard, Danyella Davis (Jacob), Nathan Benard (Kira Kolodziej), Lauren Benard, Ethan and Erin Benard; her sister Rhea Plourde of East Longmeadow; and her niece Teresa Connor of Chicopee. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
