She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland N. Goulet and Felicia Goulet (Minichiello). She is survived by: her husband Richard Provost of Chicopee; her children, John A. Myslinski (Kathryn) of Chicopee, Lori Myslinski of Chicopee and Lynne A. Myslinski of Chicopee; her siblings, Roland N. Goulet Jr. of Springfield, Michael A. Goulet (JoAnne) of Springfield and Susan Goulet of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Anthony Joshua Tiber, Brittney Nicole Tiber, Seth Aaron Tiber, Isabella Rose Myslinski and Lila Jayne Myslinski.
