With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol A. (Amo) Roy (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Massena, New York, who passed away on January 15, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret R. Zajchowski (Sharrow) and Stanley Zajchowski; her husband Carl A. R. Roy; and her siblings, Norman A. Amo and Patricia H. Evett (Bart).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda M. Amo of Chicopee, Patty Patridge (Stephen) of Westfield, Tami J. Shea (James) of Springfield, Teresa M. Serella (Robert) of Southwick, Laura E. Banville of Chicopee and Timothy W. Roy of Chicopee. She is also survived by grandchildren; her ten cherished great grandchildren; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
