He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Hartig Sr. and Nellie P. Hartig (Gawlik). He is survived by: his wife Robina Hartig (Barrie) of Kingston, MA; his sons, Scott Hartig (Ann) of Kingston, MA and Christopher Hartig (Diane) of West Springfield, MA; and his siblings, Robert Hartig of Holyoke, MA, Pauline Ruddeforth (William) of Holyoke, MA and Barbara Krastin of Monson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
