He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno J. Bak and Shirley Mae Bak (Greenia); and his sister Kathy Ray. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bak (Beaudry) of Chicopee; and his siblings, Janice Maier (Philip) of Port St, Brenda Bak of Chicopee, MA, Jerry Ray (Gale Sullivan) of Westerly, RI and Tom Ray of Russell, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
