O'Neill (Jennifer) of Derry, NH, Jennifer L. Boryczka (John) of Chicopee and Kimberly A. O'Neill of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Timothy C. O'Neill, Meghan H. O'Neill, Amy K. O'Neill, Aaron C. O'Neill, Morgan E. Harris, Nathan K. Boryczka and Brandan J. Boryczka; and her sister-in-law Judith Flamini (Stephen) of Canandaigua, NY. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
