He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Bonin and Rita Bonin (Provost). He is survived by: his brother Richard G. Bonin (Kimberly) of Springfield; his nephews, Joshua, Jamie Morin, Michael Davis, Daniel and Benjamin Bonin; and also Robert Murray of Springfield. He is also survived by grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
