He was predeceased by: his parents, John Borowiec and Anna Borowiec (Turek); and his siblings, Michael Borowiec, Stella Telesmanick, Wanda Kagan, Helen Rostkowski, Ann Stadnicki and Bertha Szlachetka.
He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Borowiec (Noga); his sons, Jeffrey Borowiec of Chicopee and Gregory Borowiec (Joanne) of Ludlow; his sister Mabel Fredette of Enfield, CT; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Brian, Kevin, Jacob and Katrina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
