She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jacobs and Celista Jacobs (Rogers); her husband Perino Testori; and her daughter Karen Zeller. She is survived by: her children, Christine Kaczmarski (Henry) of Chicopee and Andrew Calvanese (Suzie) of New Bern, NC; her brother Roger Jacobs (Ida) of Westfield; her granddaughters, Dianne Carbonneau of Auburn and Lisa Kaczmarski-Moore (Robert) of Fayetteville, NC; and her great grandchildren, Cole Carbonneau and Dylan Carbonneau.

Memorial contributions may be make in Barbara's memory to the Alzeheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
