He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand J. Fredette and Kathleen M. Fredette (McGale); his wife Augustine "Tina" Fredette (Abel); his son John Michael Fredette; his sister Odell "Sis" Foley; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Abel (Lucille) and Peggy Abel.
He is survived by: his son Lawrence Fredette (Roxanne) of Chicopee; his adoptive son Chi Duc Tran; his brothers-in-law, Paul Abel of Florida and Robert E. Foisy of Chicopee; and his caregiver Laurie. He is also survived by grandchildren and 21 beloved great grandchildren.
