He is survived by: his children, Andrzej Modzelewski (Regina) of Chicopee, Alina Gorska (Tadeusz) of Poland and Irena Kobus (Stefan) of Poland; and his grandchildren, Diane Modzelewski (Nicole Modzelewski), Anna (Janusz Gorski), Piotr and Gabriela (Monika Kobus). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
