He is survived by: his children, Hope Church, Rozlyn Sellez (Anthony) of Chicopee and Michael Lezinski of Springfield; his grandson Jayden; and his friend Diane Lezinski. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tony's name may be made to Mary, Mother of Hope Church, or the Marconi Club.
