She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Cote and Germaine Cote (Pelletier); her husband John H. Smith; her daughter Kathleine M. "Kathy" Slowik (Smith); and her siblings, Lorraine Cote and Robert Cote.
She is survived by: her children, Constance M. "Connie" Brassard (Phillip) of Chicopee and Thomas P. Smith of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Brittney Purselley (Matthew), Kelie Smith, Cassie Smith and Nicole Makayla Leclair (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Haley and Payton Purselley; and her siblings, Daniel Cote, Roger Cote (Merlita), Ronald Cote, Jeannette Helling and Helene Miller. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Springfield Unit, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
