She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Lavoie and Florence D. Lavoie (Leclair); her brothers, Roger Lavoie and Ronald Lavoie; and her siblings-in-law, James Banning and Dolores Levesque (Gaetan).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Czuchra; her children, Melanie F. Czuchra of Chicopee and Craig J. Czuchra of Westfield; her grandchildren, Kayla Roy, Brendon Griswold, Elijah Sampson and Josiah Cruz; her brother Gerald Lavoie (Maureen) of New York; and her siblings-in-law, Theodore Czuchra (Brenda) of Chicopee, Linda Lavoie of Great Barrington, Janet Lavoie of Belchertown, Mary Ann Czuchra of Chicopee and Nancy Banning of Chicopee. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and numerous friends.
