We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, Angelina Chwalek (Chicopee, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lacivita and Antoinette Lacivita; her siblings, Angelo (June) and Carmela (John McCarthy); and her brothers-in-law, Mel Makowicki and Richard Ollari.
She is survived by: her husband Alexander Chwalek; her sisters, Ida Ollari and Helen Makowicki; her children, Allan Chwalek (Barbara), Katherine Gajda (Thomas) and Thomas Chwalek (Margy); her grandchildren, Nicholas Brown (Sara), Jessica Brown (Brandon Groom), Julie and Matt Fuller; and her great grandchildren, Mia, Olivia Brown, Brody Groom, Sydney and Mason Fuller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Shriner's Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts.
