She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cook and Gertrude Cook (Gent). She is survived by: her husband John M. Hewitt of Chicopee; her children, Sarah A. Kubic of Chicopee, Eric D. Kubic (Jennifer) of Westfield, Donna Hewitt of Westfield and Heather Smigiel of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Rylee and Joseph; her brother Geoffrey Cook (Annette) of Killingworth, CT; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Thompson (Mark) of Westfield and Nancy Grimaldi (Rick) of Westfield; and her friend Bill W.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
