With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen D. Bernard (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 22, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Basil Bernard; his siblings, Edward Bernard, Norman Bernard and Jeannette Dufault; and his siblings-in-law, Harvey Dufault, George Babij, Claire Orefice and Stella Roy.
He is survived by: his parent Beatrice Bernard (Durocher); his wife Helene T. Bernard (Roy); his children, Thomas J. Bernard (Theresa) of Chicopee and Laura J. Nolan (Timothy) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Kyle A. Bernard (Michelle) of Nashville, TN, Trevor T. Bernard of Washington, DC, Paige L. Bernard, Madison J. Bernard and Emma E. Nolan of Springfield; and his sisters-in-law, Velma Bernard of West Springfield and Lillian Bernard of California. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
