He was predeceased by: his parents, Walenty Konicki and Agatha Konicki (Lubasz); and his wife Dorothy Konicki (Matosky). He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Catherine) of Springfield, Gary (Tammy) of Taylors, SC and Karen Garstka (Daniel) of East Longmeadow; and his grandchildren, Darryl Konicki, Timothy D. Garstka, Elyse Konicki, Laura Konicki and Amy Konicki.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Stanislaus School Endowment Fund, 534 Front St., Chicopee, MA 01013.
