Tougas (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Peltier; and his grandparents, Joseph and Jean Tougas. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Bernardos; his siblings, Jake Curran (Lex) of South Hadley, Robert Peltier, Jean Curran (Kelly Barstow) of South Hadley and Natasha Brown of Arizona; and his aunts and uncles, Patricia Carbone, John, Joan Petta, Joseph Tougas and Dean Carbone.
