Ukleja of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Ware, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Urban and Julia Urban (Piepszna); her husband Edmund Ukleja; and her brother Max Urban. She is survived by: her brother Stephen Urban of Chicopee; her sister-in-law Terry Ukleja of Chicopee; and her friend Irene Downie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
