She was predeceased by: her parents, Russian Immigrants and Fannie Berezin (Fliegelman); her son Joel Siegel of Newton Centre, MA; and her siblings, Ida Levy (Jack), Mae Drezner (Leon), Martin (Evelyn) and Norman Berezin (Hope).
She is survived by: her children, Karen, Joyce, Stephen Salter of Walnut Creek, CA, Susan and Jimmy Shulman of West Newton, MA.; her grandchildren, Rachel, Jeff Vogel, Jeremy Siegel, Margot Stamas, Alex, Heather Salter, Andrea Shulman, Jamie and Marc Weiner; and her great grandchildren, Eli, Rebekah, Caleb Salter, Julia, Max Vogel, Maeve, Zach Siegel, Renee Bentley and Jack Walter Weiner.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sharon Memorial Park (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067). A shiva was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Karen's Home. A burial was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at the Sharon Memorial Park (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067).
