He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen Greenstein (Silverman); his stepchildren, Jeffrey Lesse (Joan Buchbinder) of Needham, MA and Joanne Davlin (Lance Davlin) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Ilana Davlin of Virginia Beach, VA and Hunter Davlin of Los Angeles, CA.; his niece Carol Schmidt (Andrew) of Poughkeepsie, NY; his nephew Judge Richard Shapiro of Los Angeles, CA.; and his great-nieces, Beth Matthews (Giles) and Michelle Willis (Robert).
