He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Margaret Capobianco Scott and Alphonse Scott. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his stepmother Helene Kaye; his children, John Scott Jr. and Jackey Bennett (Keith) of Windham, NH; his grandson Keith Bennett Jr.; and his sisters, Marguerite Richard (late Wayne) and Judith Cash (Roger). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
