He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore R. and Anna Maria Calvanese (Sarno); his wife Mary Rose Calvanese (Calabrese); and his siblings, Umberto Calvanese, Clara Sarno and Filomena Izzo.
He is survived by: his brothers, Gerardo Calvanese (Barbara) of East Longmeadow, MA and Alfonso Calvanese (Francine) of Longmeadow, MA.; his children, Anna Calvanese of Ware, MA, Salvatore Calvanese of Bloomfield, CT and Giuseppe Calvanese, Jr. of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Roger, Danielle (Christopher), Anthony and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
