She was predeceased by: her former husband Jason H. Samuels; and her siblings, Milton Berkovich, Sylvia Cherenson and Sumner Berke. She is survived by: her sons, Howard Samuels (Elizabeth) and James Samuels; her grandchildren, Tessa and Max Samuels; and her husband Jay. She is also survived by loving aunt and cousin to her large extended family.
