She is survived by: her parent Easter Palmatier Bates; her brother John Bates of Connecticut; her nephew John Bates (Jean) of New Hampshire; her niece Jill Bates Stronk (William) of Connecticut; and her great-nieces, Kimberlee, Heathre, Jennifer, Jillian and Elizabeth.
