We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Patricia A. Micks of Chester, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kozacki, Jr. and Maryann Kozacki (Perzan); her son Preston Lee Micks; her former husband Donald R. Micks; and her brother John Kozacki.
She is survived by: her son Donald Micks (Carol) of Feeding Hills; her grandchildren, Donald, Ashley, Amber and Jasmine Micks; and her siblings, William Kozacki of South Hadley and Karen Jasenkowski of Holyoke. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Valley Opportunity Council, 35 Mount Carmel Avenue, Chicopee, MA 01013.
