She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burns and Ruth Burns. She is survived by: her children, Christopher and Barbara Boultenhouse; her grandchildren, Kyla Boultenhouse and Ethan Davidson; her great grandchild Willow Boultenhouse; and her brother Christopher Burns (Holly).
