He was predeceased by: his father Wallace E. Crouse Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Montgomery Crouse (Nancy D. Crouse); his wife Nancy D. Cote; his children, Travis W. Crouse (Shannon), Wallace E. Crouse III (Becky) and Mallory L. Crouse (Brad Morawski); his siblings, Robert Crouse (Laurie) and Donna Blanchard (Richard); and his grandchildren, Madison, Keegan, Colbie, Hadley and Carrigan.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his name to Pop Cares in care of the funeral home PO BOX 445, Cheshire.
