She was predeceased by: her aunt Stefanie Levesque. She is survived by: her parents, Paul Cantarella and Cheryl Cantarella (Gancarz); her sister Ceilia Cantarella; her grandparents, Paul Cantarella (Deborah) of Lanesboro, Jean Levesque (Peter) of Adams and Gene Gancarz (Patricia Wol) of North Adams; and her aunts and uncles, Dina Minerd (Mark), Stacy Rougeau (Dwane), Kyle Gancarz, Michael Levesque (Linda) and Jon Levesque (Tami). She is also survived by many cousins and friends and classmates.
The family requests the omission of flowers and suggests memorial donations to be made to The Skylar Cantarella Memorial Fund (a fund of Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation).
