She was predeceased by: her father Robert F. Hayes. She is survived by: her mother Angela J. Merullo Hayes of Pittsfield; her husband John; her children, Ryan J. Farr of Cheshire and Michaela Farr Ellis (Nick Ellis) of Pittsfield; her siblings, Brian Hayes, David Hayes of Lanesboro, Susan Caritey of Davenport, Paula Schultheis of Pittsfield and Amy Wright of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Gianna Ellis and Carmine Ellis; and her stepmother Gloria Hayes of Bonita Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Berkshire County Chapter of the Jimmy Fund in care of the DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME which has been entrusted with her care.
