He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Goebel and Laura Jones Goebel; his wife Irene Kathy Goebel of Cheshire; his children, John S. Goebel of Pittsfield, Rebecca P. Goebel of Cheshire, Danielle D. Goebel of Boston, Kaitlyn M. Goebel of Cheshire and Zack R. Goebel of Cheshire; his granddaughter Erynne Hinckley; and his siblings, John Goebel of Pittsfield, Laurie Danielles of Pittsfield and Pattie Peckham of Pittsfield.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dery-Cheshire Funeral Home (121 N State Rd, Cheshire, MA 01225).
