He was predeceased by: his parents, John Powers and Alice Powers (Fortier); and his sister Patricia Alibozek. He is survived by: his significant other Ann M. Ascevich Powers; his children, Robin Powers of Cheshire, Jennifer DeMarino (Eddie) of Franklin, MA and Sean Powers of Savoy; his granddaughters, Brittney, Brandy, Danielle, Emily and Paige; his great grandchildren, Sloane, Maeve and Brooke; his siblings, Michael Powers of Adams, Eileen Banas of Adams and Kathleen Wilton of North Adams; his brother-in-law Robert Alibozek of Adams; and his pet Tilly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paciorek Funeral Home (13 Hoosac St, Adams, MA 01220). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
